For 8 days in July 2013, Cape Town will host the first international Gymnastics For All event in Africa where groups from all over the world will participate in a gymnastics contest in their quest to be crowned World Gym for Life Champion.

This is only the second edition of this event, which was introduced to compliment the FIG’s World Gymnaestrada, by being held every four years in-between the World Gymnaestradas.
